Maketh Oath and Saith that he was
applied to by the above named Defendant to give notice of
trial in the above named Cause but this Deponent saith that
from misinformation as to the time when the next Sessions would
be held at the Session house Clerkenwell Green
this Deponent
did not know or think the trial in this Cause would come on
sooner than the eighth day of July next and therefore that
notice of trial herein has not get been served And this Deponent
saith that he was led so to believe from enquiry which he made
at the Police Office in Hatton Garden
on the fourth day of June
Instant where he this Deponent was informed by one of the Clerks
belonging to the said Office that the Sessions did would not begin again
until the said eighth day of next month July.
