The King on the Prosecution of Thomas Coot< no role >

Nathaniel Morgan< no role >

Nathaniel Morgan< no role > of Holborn in the County of
Middlesex Cheesemonger the above named Defendant Maketh
Oath and Saith that he this Deponent is bound in a
recognizance to try his Traverse in this Prosecution this Present
Sessions of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex And
this Deponent further Saith that James White< no role > of Holborn Aforesaid
is a Material Witness for him this Deponent in this Prosecution
as he is advised and believes to be true and that he cannot
safely Proceed to try his said Traverse without the Testimony
of him the said James White< no role > and this Deponent further Saith
that he hath been to the House of the said James White< no role > and was
informed that he was gone to Bath in the County of Somerset
for the Recovery of his health but is informed that he will be at
home in One Months time or thereabouts And that he this
Deponent hopes and expects to Procure the Presence of him the
said James White< no role > within the next Sessions
