in the County of Middlesex poulterer maketh
Oath and Saith that he is wholly Ignorant of
the place of abode of the above named Thomas
Hogan< no role > the prosecutor of this Indictment or where
the said Thomas Hogan< no role > can be met with And
this Deponent further Saith that previous to the
18th.day of this instant June he this Deponent did
make Enquiry after the said above named prosecutor
for the purpose of serving him with notice of
Trail for this present Session but he this Deponent
was not able to find him nor his present place
of abode.
