Severally make Oath and Say that they are wholly
Squorant of the place of above of the above named
Thomas Hogan< no role > the Prosecutor of this Indictment or
where the said Thomas Hogan< no role > can be met with
And this Deponent John Oakes< no role > further Saith
that previous to the 18th. day of this instant June he
this Deponent did make diligent Enquiry after the said
above named prosecutor for the purpose of Serving him
with notice of Trial for this present Session but
he this Deponent was not able to find him nor
his present place of above
