make good all and manner of Costs Charges Damages and Expences
whatsoever which shall incur or be occasioned to the said
during the time buildings are Erecting and before the same are perfected
and compleated agreeable to the intent and meaning of these presents
And further that the said shall and will
from time to time as the said buildings and works shall be advanced
standby and perform and obey all such Orders and directions as the
said Clerk of the works for the time being shall from time to time make
and give concerning the Premises either in respect to the Quality of the
materials to be need in such Buildings and works or to the form and
manner of carrying on the same and shall and will also do all such
other things as the said Clerk of the works for the time being shall think
necessary for the absolute compleating every thing relative to the
in the said Buildings and works in the most perfect and
Workman like manner agreeable to the true intent and meaning of these
presents And for the Considerations aforesaid they the said
