and other designs) in the most proper most substantial and most
workman like manner with the very best and most approved materials of
every sort and hind and of the several dimensions particularly mentioned
and expressed in the said Plans Elevations Sections and other designs
and in the Descriptions thereto annexed or referred to therein under the
directions and Inspection and with the Approbation and good liking of
the Clerk of the Works to the said Buildings for the time being who is
hereby appointed by both the said Parties hereto to superintend order
and direct the carrying on of the said Work and buildings according
to the true intent and meaning of this Agreement and to explain
decide and determine al doubts and differences (if any such should
arise) between the parties hereto touching or concerning the same And
further that he the said his Heirs Executors or
Administrators shall and will at his own proper Costs and Charges find
and provide all and all manner of proper and sufficient Scaffolding
Implements utensils Tools Tackle and things of all kinds and denomi-
