shall think fit to be allow'd for such Variations Provided also
and it is hereby further declared and agreed by and between the said
Parties to these Presents that in case the said his
Heirs Executors or Administrators shall not within fourteen days next
after such notice or notices given or left as aforesaid delivered to the said
Justices such Estimate or Estimates as aforesaid that then and in such
Case it shall and may be lawful to and for the said Justices their Successors
or Assigns to employ any other Workman or Workmen whom they shall
think fit to make such Estimate or Estimates as aforesaid and to do and
perform such Work as shall be necessary to compleat the said Buildings
and Works with such Variations or Alterations and to retain and
deduct the Charges of making such Estimate and also the amount of
the Charges of Compleating the said in and about the said
Buildings and Works with such Variations or Alterations out of the
Amount of compleating the same according to the several Prices herein before
referred to or out of such greater or lesser Sum as the whole of the said
so altered or varied shall be Estimate at with such
Variations in manner herein before mentioned Provided also
that in Case the said his Heirs Executors or
Administrators shall within the time aforesaid deliver such Estimate
