brought amongst other of left Consequence the follows
Complaint agt. Wm. Blackborough< no role > Esqr . one other of the
sd. Justices for the sd County Vizt.

1sd.

That Mr. Blackborough had discharged a Prisoner a
committed by [..] Triguet directing the Fees
due to the County to be excused at the same time taking
Fees from the prisoners himself

2d


That Mr. Blackborough had offered to Mr. Roberts
the Servants to the keeper of the New Prison Sep [..]
for every Copy of Warrt. of Commitment brot before
him or to his Office in order & them being bailed

3d.


That Mr. Blackborough had frequently
Committed Byonds with Warrants of Commitment
being sent with them to the Keeper of the prison
in order to prevent then being discharged by any
other Magistrate.

4th.


That Mr. B. had taken Money to grant a publican
his Licence

5th


That Mr. Blackborough encouraged his clerk &
Runners to inputs Mr. Triquet
