who being Chosen Fried and Sworn to speak the Truth of an upon the Premises
in the Indictment aforesaid abovespecified do say upon their Oath that the said
Arthur Covinton< no role > is Not Guilty of the Trespass and Assault in the Indictment
aforesaid abovespecified in manner and form as the said Arthur Covinton< no role > for
himself in this behalf by his Plea hath above alledged Upon which it is Considered
by the Court here that the said Arthur Covinton< no role > of the Premises in the Indictment
aforesaid abovespecified be discharged and do go without day.
