You were bound to appear a nd prosecute James Denham< no role >
at
Sepr. Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but
not appearing, you Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will Estreated into the Court of Exchequer
, from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying Twenty Pounds
on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Sessions-House aforesaid
on Monday the 22d Day of October Instant.
Be there at Three o'Clock; and
bring this Letter with you, or
come to my Office for advice.}
