Take notice that the Court of Session now holden at the
Session house on Clerkenwell Green in & for County of Middlesex
will on the Morrow be Moved that the Recognizance entered
into by me & my Bail to Try my Traverse on the above
Indictment at the present Session may be respited And
that I may have leave then to Enter a Venire nunc prs tune
Dated this 25th. day of Octr. 1787
