Indicted this Sessions for felony
Catherine Phillips< no role > of Tavistock Row in the Parish of Saint
Pauls Covent Garden in the County of Middlesex and Catherine
Martin
< no role > of James Streets Covent Garden in the said County
Severally make Oath as follows And first this Deponen'd
Catherine Phillips< no role > for herself saith that he this Deponent
was bound ever before Sir Samson Wright< no role > to Prosecute the above
named Defendant as of this present Sessions for Stealing Two Silver Sea Spoons the Pro [..]
of said Catherine Phillips< no role > And this Deponent further saith that
she did Attended the Rotation Office Clerkenwell Green and pros [..]
her Bill of Indictment against the above named [..]
which Bill was returned by the Grand Jury a true Bill And [..]
Deponent further saith that she did on this present Twenty
Sixth day of October Attend Personally at the Sessions House
Clerkenwell Green in and for the said County in Order to have give
her Evidence again the above named Defendant but [..]
about half an Hour after the Defendants Acquittal too
late to give her Evidence And this Deponent further saith that
she hath not received any Hope Fee gain or reward to pex
this Deponent from Appearing again not the above named
Defendant And this Deponent Catherine Martin< no role > for herself
saith that she likewise Attended at the Sessions House in Order
to have given her Evidence or said Twenty Sixth day of October
but came likewise [..] too late the Defendant being Acquitted
before her Arrival And that she this Deponent hath not recd
