OFFICE OF CLERK OF THE PEACE,
Sessions-House, Clerkenwell-Green ,
8th October, 1787.

You were bound to appear a nd prosecute Ann Westley< no role > at Oct
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will Eftreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying £20. Pounds
on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Sessions-House aforesaid
on Monday the 22d Day of October Instant.

Be there at Three o'Clock; and
bring this Letter with you, or
come to my Office for advice.}
