Parish of Saint John the Evangelist Westmisnter in the
County aforesaid Gentleman maketh Oath and
saith that He was Present and did see Edward
Parker< no role > he Esqiore of Chapel Street Westminster One
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County Sign his Name at the bottom of the
Certificate to hereunto annexed which is of the
proper Hand Writing of the said Edward which is of the
Esquire.
