Maketh Oath and saith that he this Deponent having
been bound over to prosecute the abovenamed Defendant Ann Westley< no role >
for asselony in October Session last And this Deponent saith that he this
Deponent did Appear at the same Session at the Session house on
Clerkenwell Green
and did prefer an Indictment against the above
named Defendant and was Examined by the Grand Jury and this Deponent
saith that he was informed that the Bill was not found so that by such
Information he this Deponent thought himself discharged from any
further Attendance on that matter and this Deponent saith he being
Ignorant of the nature of such business and being very poor had no
Money to take advice and this Deponent saith that always looked
upon himself to be totally discharged untill he this Deponent received
the ab annexed Letter otherwise if this Deponent had known or been
Informed of the Bill being found he would certainly have Attended
and tried the abovenamed Defendant Ann Westley< no role >
