Wife of the said Roger Coleman< no role > for an
assault

Hannah Coleman< no role > the above Prosecutrix maketh oath and
Saith that She this Deponent is Lawfully married to the
Defendant and some disputes having arrisen the Defendant
assaulted this Deponent for which assault this Deponent
Doth freely forgive her said Husband the said Defendant
and all animousitys having seased she this Deponent
Humbly hopes this Honourable Court will permit her
to with dray their Recognizance
