Charles Lyons< no role > the Defendant in this Cause Maketh Oath and
saith that being Indicted by the above named Prosecutrix
for Supposed Assault and being Informed it was necessary
to give Notice of Trial he did so but was totally Ignorant
that it was Necessary to enter a Venire from which Ignorance
the same was Neglegted yet this Deponent having given
due Notice as aforesaid and having good Cause of Defence as her
humbly conceives creases leave of the Court to Issues his Venire
as thatand take his Trial or that the same may stand [..]
