To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General
Sessions Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldersgate in the City of London

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said County of Middlesex (whereof one is the Quorum) therein
mentioned bearing date the fourteenth day of November one
thousand seven hundred and eighty five William Sale< no role > was
removed from the Parish of Saint Luke Old Street in the
said County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldersgate in the City of London as the last Legal
Place of his Settlement By which your Petitioners humbly
conceive themselves aggrieved and appeal to this Court
against the said Pass Order,

Your Petitioners therefore pray your
Worships will be pleased to hear and
Determine the matters touching this
Appeal and give them such relief in
the Premises as to your Worships shall
seem just and meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
