Middlesex

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at the Session House on Clerkenwell
Green in the County aforesaid on Monday the
10th. day ofFebruaryJanuary in the twenty
fifth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lordthe
George the third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the within
Appeal be saved unto the Petitioners and that the hearing
and determining then of be and the same is hereby adjourned
until the next General Session of the peace to be holden
for the said County of Middlesex and that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James within
the Liberty of Westminster (upon notice of this order)
and all Persons concerned do attend the Court of the
said next General Session of the Peace to be holden for
the same County on Thursday the 24th. day of
February next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to
hear and abide the judgement and determination of
the same Court touching the said Appeal
