in & for the County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn in the City of London .

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of G: Mercer
and John Barnfather< no role > Equires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in & for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the Sixteenth day of February
last past Mary Bailey< no role > and Jane< no role > her Daughter aged one
month and upwards (by the Name and description of Mary Bailey< no role > and William< no role >
her Son aged one month and upwards) were removed and Conveyed
from the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in
the City of London as the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Mary Bailey< no role > and Child; Whereby Your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against the said
Order and humbly pray That the Benefit of such
their Appeal may be Saved unto them until the
next General Session of the Peace to be holden in &
for the said County of Middlesex And that your
Worships will be pleased to appoint some day in
the said next Session for the Hearing and determin=
=ing of this their said Appeal.
