as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the
said Pass Warrant Order of Removal of the said two
Justices Do therefore humbly appeal to this Court against
the same praying such Relief in the Premises as to
this Court shall seem meet
