WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, whose
Hands and Seals are hereunto set, being two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace , in and for the County of Mid-
dlesex, (one whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church
Wardens of Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary
Whitechapel , in the said County,
That Ann Allam< no role > Widow of Peter Allam< no role > Deceased
and their three Children Vizt Ann< no role > Aged about
Six Years John< no role > Aged about three years and
Elizabeth< no role > Aged about Eighteen Months have
lately come to inhabit in the said Parish of St. Mary White-
chapel , not having gained any legal Settlement there, nor pro-
duced any Certificate acknowleding them to be settled esle -
where and are likely to become chargeable to the said Parish:
We, the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises upon
Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be true,
and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settlement of the
said Ann Allam< no role > and their said three Children
to be in the Parish of West Ham in the County of
Essex

THESE are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, and by Virtue
of the Statutes in that Behalf, to require you, on Sight
hereof, to removed and convey the said
Ann Allam< no role > and their said three Children
from and out of your said Parish of St. Mary Whitechapel , to
the said Parish of West Ham
and them deliver to the Church Wardens and OVerseers of the
Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Or-
der, or a true Copy hereof, who are hereby required to receive
and provide for them
