To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices
of the Peace of the County of Middlesex in their Session
of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of West Ham in the County of Essex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals
of John Staples< no role > and William Quarrill< no role > Esquires two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the sixth day of May one
thousand Seven hundred and eighty five Ann Allam< no role > Widow of
Peter Allam< no role > deceased and their three Children Vizt. Ann< no role > aged
about Six Years John< no role > aged about three Years and Elizabeth< no role > aged
about eighteen months were Removed and Conveyed from the
Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in the said County of Middlesex
Settlement

Your Petition thinking themselves
aggrieved by the said Order Do Appeal against
the same and humbly Pray that a day may be
appointed to hear and determine thing said Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex
have Notice of this Appeal and that they and all Parties concerned do attend
this Court on Thursday next often of the Clock in the forenoon of the same
day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of this Court to touching
the said Appeal
