William Brackney< no role > of Turnmill Street in the Parish
of Saint John's Clerkenwell Court in the County of
Middlesex the abovenamed prosecutor maketh Oath and
saith that the abovenamed Defendant Pleaded at the
last February Session Not Guilty and Entered into an
Recognizance for to Try his Traverse at the present Sessions
of the Peace to be held for the County of Middlesex and the
Deponent further saith that he hath not been sewed unto
any Notice of Tryal. or is any Venire returned or any
writ of Certioari Allowed
