maketh Oath and Saith that he this
Deponent was during all the time of the Sessions in October
last very ill of a violent Fever and confined to his bed and not
able to go out of Doors which was the reason this Deponent
did not attend to prefer his Bill of Indictment against
Solomon Levy< no role >
and that this Deponent has been very ill
ever since and is now scarcely able to walk and is advised
to go immediately into the Country for the benefit of his
health
