at this Sessions been tried for felony on the prosecution of
Elizabeth Dodd< no role >
Spinster
and Joseph Card< no role >
a Witness
having prayed to be allowed for his
expences and loss of time in the said prosecution which this
Court think reasonable It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer
on this County to forthwith pay to the said Joseph Card< no role >
the
sum of ten shillings & 6d.
