hath
at this present Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of
Edward Collins< no role >
and John Cross< no role >
a Witness
having prayed to be allowed for his expences
and loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court think
reasonable It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer
of this County
do forthwith pay to the said John Cross< no role >
ten shillings & 6d.
