To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of
the peace Acting in and for the County of
Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Kensington in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal under the hands and Seals of J. Slade Esquire
and Henry Lambe< no role > Esquire Two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace Acting in and for the said County (one of
them being of the Quorum) bearing date the thirteenth
day of November new last Sarah Malbrough< no role > and her
three Children Namely William Malbrough< no role > Aged about
Five Years Sarah Malbrough< no role > Aged about three Years
and Edward Malbrough< no role > Aged about Five weeks were
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Wilsdon in the
said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
Kensington as the place of their Lawfull Settlement
Whereby Your Petitioners Conceive themselves to be
Aggreived

Your Petitioners therefore Do humbly
Appeal to this Court against the Adjudication
of the said two Justices and the said Order and
Pray that your Worships will be Pleased to
Appoint a day for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners will pray Etc.
