At the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate holden for the County
of Middx at Justices hall in the Old Bailey the Suburbs of the City of
London on Wednesday the 5th. day of December 1781

Ehereas Soloman Legg< no role > hath
at this Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of
Thomas Gillingham< no role > and the sd. Thomas & Dennis Mc Carty< no role > &
Ann Gillingham< no role > Witnesses having prayed to be allowed for their
expences and loss of time in the said prosecution which thir:
Court think reasonable It is therefore ordered that the
Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said Thomas
eleven shillings & to the said Dennis & Ann five shillings
& 6d. each.
