MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by Adjourment) on Thursdaythe Sixth
Day of December in the twenty Second Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Kensington in the said County Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition
and Appeal setting forth That by Virtue of a passOrderwarrant of Order of remove [..]
under the hands and Seals of J. Stade Esquire and Henry Lambe< no role > Esquire [..]
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the said County (one of
them being of the Quorum) bearing date the thirteenth day of November now last
Sarah Malbrough< no role > and her three Children Namely William Malbrough< no role > aged
about five Years Sarah Malbrough< no role > Aged about three Years and Edward
Malbrough
< no role > Aged about five Weeks were Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Willsden in the said County of Middlesex to the said
Parish of Kensington as the place of their Lawfull Settlement wh [..]
the Petitioners conceived themselves Aggrieved at whereupon at the [..]
of the said Petitioners It is Ordered that the benefit of their said app [..]
should be saved unto them and the hearing and Determining thereof
be and the same is hereby Adjourned untill the next General Quarter
Session of Peace to be holden for the said County and on Notice hereof in
the mean time to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the parish of Willsden they and all persons Concerned do attend
the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the tenth day of
January next at the hour of Nine in the forenoon of the same day to
hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of the said Court
touching the said appeal
