MIDDLESEX .


At the General Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the sixth
Day of December in the twenty second Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

It is ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal
between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
at Hill London Appellants and the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal Green respondents touching the settlement of Elizabeth
Smith
< no role > Singlewoman which stood duly adjourned unto this day Do stand further
adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the
said County and on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Matthew Bethnall
Green they and all persons concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on
Thursday the tenth day of January next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of
the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
