and parts adjacent to Hicks Hall
Resolved it is the opinion of this Meeting
that it will parner condition to the preservd of the publican for the Magistrates [..] to remain at
Hicks Hall in order to p [..] dto take such steps for the supportg any risk or other bread at as occasion
the peace
may require.
