The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in the
said County.
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of

Wm. Quarrill< no role >
Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the
said County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the third Day of May instant
Isabella James< no role >
Widow of
Charles Jarvis< no role >
deceased was removed and conveyed from
and out of the parish of St. Mary White Chapel
in the
said County to the said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
as the Place of her last legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the Adjudication & Order of the said
two Justices Therefore humbly appeal to this
Court against the same and pray your Worships
will appoint a Day in this present Session for
the Hearing and Determining the said Appeal
