WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for
the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum), by the Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said
County, That Edward Woodbridge< no role > hath

lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
there, contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the
Said Justices, and we do adjudge that he is likely
to become chargeable to the said Parish; and upon Exa-
mination of the Premises taken upon Oath, and other Cir-
cumstances, it further appeareth unto us, and we do like-
wise adjudge that the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above Barrs in the said County
is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Edward Woodbridge< no role >

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Charge and
Command the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields forthwith
to remove and convey the said Edward Woodbridge< no role >

said Parish of Saint Andrew
and deliver him to the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, who are
hereby required to provide for him according to Law.

of April 17 80

To the Church-wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the respective Parishes of
