To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace at Hicks Hall Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Paul,
Covent Garden within the City and
Liberty of Westminster [..] County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of Geo: Reid < no role > and James Fielding< no role >
Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace acting
in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster aforesaid (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 22d Day
of March 1780 Andrew Pollock< no role > Aged 77 Years and
upwards was removed from the Parish of Saint James
within the said Liberty and County to the said Parish of Saint
Paul Covent Garden as the place of his last legal Settlement
By which Order your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved
and do appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore pray that this Court
will be pleased to appoint a Day in this
present Session to hear and Determine the said
Appeal And to Order that all Persons concerned
may be directed to attend
