the said Mary Blaxton< no role > on her Oath Saith
That at the General Session of the Peace
holden for the said County in May last a
Bill of Indictment was found against this
Deponent for Assaulting the above named
Prosecutor Gavin Grierson< no role > who at that
time kept the Brown Bear in Hooper Square
Goodmans Fields but hath since quitted the
same And further Saith that on Monday or
Tuesday last this Deponent made enquiry
ofter the said Prosecutor in order to give him
Notice of Tryal in this Cause for this present
Session but could not get any Intelligence
where he lives or was to be found And this
Deponent James Muckarsie< no role > on his Oath
