seven hundred and Sixty nine Search the Register Book of Burials kept for
and belonging to the Parish of Saint George Bloomsbury
in the said County
And that he did on the same day with the Reverrnd Thomas manning< no role >
Minister
of the said Parish carefully Compare and Examine the Certificate hereunto
Annexed with the said Register Book And that the same is a true Copy of the
Entry of the Burial of Sarah Jones< no role >
therein mentioned And that he did see the
said Thomas Manning< no role >
Sign the said Certificate And that the name Thos.

thereunto Subscribed is of the proper hand writing of the said

And this Deponent Christopher Moore< no role >
Saith that the
said Sarah Jones< no role >
departed this life
on or about the first day of November
One thousand seven hundred and sixty eight And that the this Deponent
was the Undertaker who buried her and was present and did See her
buried in the burial Ground belonging to the said Parish on the fourth
day of the same month of November And both these Deponents Say

Saith that he was
well acquainted with the said Sarah Jones< no role >
in her life time And that
She was the Wife
of Charles Jones< no role >
And that She and her said
Husband
during her life time and at the time of her death inhabited
and dwelt in a House in Kinnastom's Alley
, Bedford Bury
And
that they were as both these Deponents have heard and verily
believe in her life time indicted for keeping the said House in
a disorderly manner.
