The 11th; of Septr. last Deft. were taken up, & Bailed
before Mr. Justice Girdler to appear & Pleadbut did not
either.

They were afterwards taken on a Bench Warrt on a Bill
Found & gave Bail, but have not every given any Notice, on
troubled themselves any otherways than by abuseing the Prosr.
& their Behaviour, with their Connections are hurtfull

They have entered into double Recognizances before
Mr: Justice Girdler

Please to Move that also their Recognizances
may be Estreated the Prosecurs having been vastly ill [..]
by them since & they dareing to brace the Power of the Honble
Court
