Maketh Oath That a Bill of Indictment was preferred at the last
Session at Hicks Hall in the County of Middlesex to the Grand Jury
there against the said Defendant and another which said Bill was
found to be a true one and in the same Session this Dept obtained
a Bench Warrant from the sd. Court by which the said Defendant
was thereupon taken and the next day the said Defendant was
Bailed in order to appear at this [..] present Session And this Dept
further Saith that she this Dept hath not yet received any Notice
of Trial from her or her Solicitor
