At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at
Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said County (by adjournmt)
on Thursday the Twenty first day of October in the Thirteenth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of
Great Britain Etc.

A Bill of Edward Hall< no role > Genl . Governor of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell for Money by him laid out and Expended for
and towards the Burials and other Sundries of PoorhandPrisoners dying in
the House of Correction amounting to the Sum of Eight Pounds three Shillings
and four pence being laid before this Court for Payment and it appearing by
Writing under the hands and Seals of Benjamin Cowley< no role > and John Walford< no role >
Esquires Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex to whom it was referred to Examine that the Charges therein are
just and reasonable It is Ordered that John Benson< no role > Gentleman the County
Treasurer do pay unto the said Edward Hall< no role > the said Sum of Eight Pounds
three Shillings and four Pence in full of his said Demand And that the Receipt
of the said Edward Hall< no role > togetherwith a Copy ofthis Order shall be a Sufficient
Discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment
