MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by Adjournment) on Thursday the Fourteenth
Day of April in the Fourteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

A Bill of [..] Edward Hall< no role > Gent . Governor of the House of Correct-
-ion at Clerkenwell for Money by him expended and laid out for
Burials & other sundries of poor Prisoners dying in the House of
Correction amounting to the sum of six Pounds eight Shillings &
four pence being laid before this Court for payment and it appearing
by writing under the Hands of Benjamin Cowley< no role > & Thos Kynaston< no role >
Esqr. Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County
to whom it was referred to examine that the Charges in the said
Bill were Just and reasonable It is ordered that Mr John Benson< no role >
the County Treasurer do pay unto the said Edwd Hall the said
sum of six Pounds eight Shillings & four pence in full of his
Demand And that the Receipt of the said Edwd Hall together
with this order shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer
for such Payment.
