W WEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace ,
in and for the City and Liberty aforesaid (One
whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Mar-
tin in the Fields , That Mary Shade< no role > Wife
of Henry Francis Shade< no role > (gone
from her) and their Child to wit
William< no role > aged Seven Years and
upwards have
last intruded and
came into the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields ,
and are become Chargeable to the same;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Mary Shade< no role >
and Child to be in the Parish of
St. Anne within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of
Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in His Majesty's Name,
to requre you, the said Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields , on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
Mary Shade< no role > and Child
from and out of your said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields , to the said Parish of St. Anne

and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this Third Day of May 17 74
