MIDDLESEX .


At the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by Adjournment) on Thursday the Ninteenth
Day of May - in the fourteenth - Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc. . Before Sir John Hawkins< no role > Knight,
Benjamin Cowley< no role > John Walford< no role > , John Spencer Colepeper< no role > Esqrs
and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King
Assigned to keep the Peace in the said County and also to hear
and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other
Misdemeanors committed in the same County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of West Moulsey
in the County of Surry Did at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace held for this County
Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of an Order or Passwarrant
under the Hands and Seals of William Deane< no role > and G. S. Bradshaw Esqr. Two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty sixth day of February last past
whereby Hannah good body< no role > was removed from the Parish of Saint Anne within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex unto the Parish of West Moulsey in
the County of Surry aforesaid alledging the said Parish of Wm. to be the Placed of
the said Hannah Good body's last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners
conceiv'd themselves aggriev'd which said appeal stood adjourned unto this day Now upon hearing of the said Appeal and what hath
been alledged by the respective Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parishes their Counsel and witnesses in and concerning the Premises It is Ordered
that the said Appeal be and the same is herby dismissed and the said Order or pass
warrant of the said Two Justices is herby confirmedand it isfurther
Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
West Moulsey in the the said County of Surry do maintain and provide for the said
Hannah Good body until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course
of Law
