of the Poor of the Parish of St. James
Garlick hith in the City of
London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant Under the
hands and Seals of Two of his Majestys. Justices of the Peace
for the
County of Middlesex
bearing date the fifth day of January 1774.

Saint Luke in the Said County of Middlesex
unto the Said Parish of
Saint James Garlick hith
in the City of London
as the Place of their
last Legal Settlement.
Your Petitionrs. therefore humbly
Conceive themselves Aggrieved by the Said
Order or Pass Warrant and humbly Appeal
against the Same
And Your Petitrs. Shall ever Pray Etc.
