Middlesex


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the said County (by adjournment) on Thursday the Thirteenth
day of January in the fourteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the Matter of an Appeal
between Elizabeth Roberts< no role > Appellant and Robert Smith Symmonds< no role > Respondent
touching an Indenture bearing date the 25th day of January 1773 whereby
the said Elizabeth Roberts< no role > was bound Apprentice unto the said Robert Smith
Symmonds for the Term of two Years Do (by and with the Consent of all Parties)
Stand adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden
for this County And that they and all Parties concerned do Attend the Court at
Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the Fourteenth day of April next at Eight of
the Clock in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
