Middlesex


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the said County (by Adjournment) on Thursday the Thirteenth
day of January in the fourteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the hearing and Determining of the Matter of an Appeal
between Thomas Kinman< no role > the Elder and Thomas Kinman< no role > the Younger Appellant
and Thomas Chance< no role > Coachmaker Respondent touching an Indenture bearing
date the 25th of November 1769 whereby the said Thomas Kinman< no role > the Younger
was bound Apprentice to the said Thomas Chance< no role > for the Term of Seven Years
which said Appeal Stood adjourned to this Day Do (by and with the Consent
of all Parties) Stand further adjourned until the next General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden for this County And that they and all Persons Concerned
do Attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the fourteenth Day of
April next at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day to here and
abide the Judgement and Determination of the said Court touching the said
Appeal
