Maketh Oath That he did on Wednesday
the fifth of this present Januarydiddeliver to
and leave wth. the Landlord atofthe Shoeware house
opposite Arrundell Street in the Strand a true
Copy of each of the two paper Writings hereunto
annexed purporting to be a Notice for Tryall in
the above Cause and an Order of this Honourable
Court And Saith that the person to whom he so
[..] above Delivered the said Copy's declared to him
that the said Prosecutor had lodged there but
believed he was gone to Ireland And lastly
Saith that the place where he so left the said
papers is to the best of this Depts. knowledge
It beliefe the last place of his abode
