The Chairman reported the resolution of
former Comittees and open'd the business of the
present meeting and that it is well worthy the
Consideration of the Justices to have prisons
& Sessions house contiguous.
Mr. Bishop observed the utility of alarge &
Spacious House of Corr. with his reasons vizt.
Seperating the different kind of prisoners etc.
the several Compartmt. for the necessary purposes
of Confinemt.

Mr. Brettel proposed the buildg a Convent.
Session house and to make the present Gaols
Convent.

Mr Bishop Offer'd reasons for entire and
Compleat Buildngs at a proper Season
Mr. Welch recomended the Enquiry what No. of each
17 years distinguishy. ea year.
class of prisoners for a Series. and the buildg
of one Prison first. 2 or 3 Stories high.
