Mr. Dodd observed that the augmented plan
was an improvemt. The agreeing with Mr.
Crosse PrudentialThe whole Plan ought to
be compleated at first and the build gs.
to proceed.

Mr. Bishop observes that the Comee
were inform'd of Mr. Crosses price before
they came to a resolution to build the
Session house else where.

That the present Bridewell at Clerkenwell
and new Prison at the same place are in
a ruinous condition [..] make too small &
all convenient for the purposes for wch
they were intended.
