Take Notice that I do hereby Countermand the Two Seperates Notices for the Trisal of
the above IndictmentsDated the 3d day of May Instant And that I shall & tomorrow
being the Ninth day of this Instant May at the King of the Court at Hicks's hall , Moves
the said Court by Councel, that the Tryal of the above and Indictments may stand over till [..]
[..] And that the Recognizances by me and my Sureties Entered into for [..]

in the mean time be respectedAnd thus Ground upon which this Applications to the
